Dark Faith Nominated for Black Quill Award

December 14, 2010 by Richard Wright in Journal, News

News just in – the Dark Faith anthology from Apex Books (it has my short story ‘Sandboys’ in, dontcherknow) has been nominated for a Black Quill Award.  These are given out by the excellent Dark Scribe Magazine in the US, and the nominees selected by the staffers and editors.  It’s an anthology I’m extremely proud to be part of, and I think it’s a genuinely noteworthy book.  Congratulations to Maurice and Jerry for putting it together, and Jason for publishing it.  Nothing’s won yet, of course, and it’s up against some very stiff competition, but the nomination alone is a nice validation.

Now that the nominees are announced, the vote goes to the public to find the winners.  That includes you.  If you enjoyed the book, I wholeheartedly encourage you to show you support for it by throwing your vote behind it here.
