Richard Wright

author of strange, dark fictions

I haven’t been feeling too clever in the stomach department for the last couple of days, and it shows no signs of abating. Hopefully, these things really do come in threes. I had the winter vomiting thing before Christmas, an infection through my arm at new year, and now this. I feel I am due at least six months of immaculate health, starting tomorrow please. Okay?

Good. Glad that’s agreed.

In other news, please note that the most excellent forthcoming anthology from Shroud Publishing called Beneath the Surface, availible to pre-order right now and featuring my short story Secrets (Never Told), is a different book from the collection of short stories by Simon Stantzas forthcoming from the excellent Humdrumming Press in August, and also titled Beneath The Surface. All clear? Smashing. If I were you, I’d buy a copy of each, just to make sure you get the right one…

Actually, I’d suggest buying two of each. You know . . . just in case.
